435 Nickel Chromoly

The JPX 923 irons are crafted from New 435 Nickel Chromoly, which is 35% stronger than Mizuno’s original Chromoly. This allows for an 8% thinner face resulting in higher ball speeds.

V-Chassis

Mizuno’s all-new V-Chasis delivers a solid, satisfying vibration pattern through impact (even though the face is 8% thinner)

Seamless Cup Face

The JPX 923 irons feature seamless face construction, which delivers the deep center of gravity necessary for higher launch and optimal landing angles.

Extended Sole

The thinnest part of the sole is extended 18% wider, creating a bigger high-energy area for higher ball speed on more shots

Non-Reflective Finish

Mizuno’s JPX 923 finish is non-reflective and chrome plated to reduce bright light glare

These irons feature modern strong lofts and will be geared towards maximum distance and forgiveness.

JPX 923 Hot Metal – The JPX 923 Hot Metal is perfect for the mid to low handicapper (7-15) who is looking for a combination of high launch, high ball speed, and high forgiveness. The JPX 923’s deliver solid, consistent performance on each and every shot. They will be more forgiving then the Hot Metal Pro and more workable then the Hot Metal HL. The Hot Metal is the most popular choice in the new Mizuno JPX 923 product line.

JPX 923 Hot Metal Pro – The JPX 923 Hot Metal Pro is perfect for the low handicapper (0-6) which is looking for more traditional lofted irons, with a thinner topline, and a more workable profile. The Hot Metal Pro Irons, while still forgiving, will be much more responsive on mis-hits. This is great for shot-shapers who want a little bit of forgiveness from their iron head
