Features of the TaylorMade Stealth Driver
60x Carbon Twist Face
Twenty years of development marks the end of the titanium era. The all new 60x Carbon Twist Face is 44% lighter than an equivalent titanium face, while also being 11% larger than SIM2 and SIM2 Max Drivers and nearly 20% larger than the 2020 SIM Driver. Sixty layers of carbon fiber have been strategically designed to optimize energy transfer to deliver fast ball speeds over a large area, resulting in optimal distance and forgiveness.
Nanotexture cover
The 60X Carbon Twist Face is encased by a polyurethane cover, featuring a revolutionary new nanotexture technology. The nanotexture cover is used to fine tune launch and spin to optimize total distance regardless of playing conditions.
High MOI Design
The weight savings of the 60x Carbon Twist Face has allowed more weight to be positioned low and deep in the head, this will add 15% more MOI compared to Stealth Plus+.
Asymmetric Inertia Generator
The Inertia Generator remains the foundational source of refined aerodynamic properties. The result is a slippery-fast head shape that aids in swing speed generation on the downswing for golfers at every level.
Thru-Slot Speed Pocket
TaylorMade’s most flexible Speed Pocket™ design engineered to maximize ball speeds and produce additional forgiveness on low face strikes.

Quick Questions about the Stealth Driver:
Why is the Face Carbon?
Carbon is a lightweight material that creates better energy transfer resulting in faster ball speeds across a larger area of the face when compared to the previous non-carbon faced driver models. By reducing the weight of the face, engineers were able to transfer this weight elsewhere and lower the CG.
Is the Stealth Plus Driver Worth It?
The TaylorMade Stealth driver has outperformed new models from Callaway, Titleist, and PING when tested side-by-side with the same shaft. It demonstrates higher ball speed, further carry distance, and increased forgiveness on mis-hits.
Who is the Stealth model designed for?
The Stealth driver is a low-mid spin, mid-launch driver designed for the intermediate golfer looking to increase launch angle without increasing spin and losing distance. The Stealth driver provides excellent forgiveness and will be very beneficial for the 6-15 handicapper.
Do Professional Golfers Use the Stealth Driver?
The TaylorMade Stealth Plus* Driver has been extremely popular on the PGA Tour throughout 2022. 15 Tour Pros currently carry a Stealth driver model in their bag, including Scottie Scheffler, Rory Mcilroy and Collin Morikawa.
Which Stealth Driver is Most Forgiving?
Stealth Plus+ -The Stealth Plus Driver is great for low handicappers (0-6) who need a sliding weight to optimize trajectory and playability. The Stealth Plus Driver will be the lowest-launching and the most workable.
Stealth – The Stealth Driver will be best for low-mid handicappers (6-15) looking for more forgiveness, mid-high launch, and long straight drives. The Stealth Driver will be more forgiving then the Stealth Plus.
Stealth HD – The Stealth HD Driver will be for mid-high handicappers (15+) who have a slower swing speed and need a draw-bias driver for straighter, more forgiving shots. The Stealth HD will be the most forgiving driver of the Stealth family.
